| Carbon Ring & Bearing | | Carbon Rings & Bearings have been progressively developed by us with experience and research over the last 30 years. They are used extensively where contamination from oil or grease is undesirable. Carbon Bearings are giving long life and shafts were highly polished with negligible wear, no maintenance or grease being required. Carbon Rings & Bearings are being used in most of all the Textile Machineries, which are self lubricating chemically inert, low weight, high thermal conductivity and consistency to temperature changes
We have developed all types of Carbon Rings & Bearings which are currently and regularly being utilized in Power Projects, Chemical Industries, Food Industries, all the Textile Mills and Process Houses for their machines like jigger. Steam Joint Rings are used in Rotary pressure pints These seal rings effect flow of hot liquid or steam from a stationary supply pipe to a rotating machine part. Such machineries like rubber mixing roller mills, calendaring machines and cylinders are used in paper and textile industries as well as in plastics, chemicals and other industries for similar application.

| Carbon Gland Packing Rings & Piston Rings |
| We also manufacture Carbon Packing Rings which are used in Steam, Turbine. Water Turbine, Gas Turbine for different type of industries like Suger, Cement, Textiles, Power Plant & Electricity Board etc.. These Packing Rings are of various types and size used in Turbine of various kind also the Piston Rings which are also used in Compressors not only as the Piston Rod Packing but also as the Components of Pistons, Pistons Rings & Guide Rings. Carbon glands are used in the sealing of liquids and gases, restricting leakage to a minimum.
Carbon Gland rings provides an economical simple and effective seal on impulse turbines, water turbines, steam turbine gas turbines, low pressure fans and blowers.

| Carbon Ring For Submersible Water Pump | | Graphite and Carbon-Graphite rings with superior self lubricating properties and low wear These are used in submersible pumps for lifting water from deep water bored wells. Pump parts in carbon material with higher hardness will enhance abrasion resistance.
Carbon rubbing components are widely used in high temperature applications where the presence of liquid lubricants is unaccepatance. Chemical inertness, temperature resistance, lightweight, dimensional stability, impermeability to gases and Iiquids. and self-lubricating properties make mechanical grades suitable for some of the most demanding applications. These rings are mould to size or machined to close tolerances.

| Carbon Vanes & Vane Blades |
| With low specific density, self lubricating properties and without any effect in hot or cold liquids, carbon vanes find applications in dry and wet running rotary pumps, compressors and vane type vaccum pumps. These are ideally suited for rotary pumps handling water, petrol, fuel oils and other liquids.
Vanes are made in the range of carbon material (carbon graphite) metal impregnated carbon graphite and resin-bounded graphite to meet many different applications. Carbon vanes are self-lubricating and therefore ideal for pumps, handling liquids whose lubricating properties are poor, such as petrol, diesel etc They can also operate in unlubncated compressors to deliver air or gas uncontaminated by lubricating oil or grease.

| Carbon Brushes | | The primary function of a Carbon Brush is to deliver or collect current from a rotating part of an electric Machine. The brushes should maintain a close contact with rotating part. (i.e. Commutator or slipring) / in order to ensure sparkles operation without wearing itself too quickly. There are various types of Carbon \ Brushes in different types of Grades like Hard Carbon (HC), Carbon Graphite (CG), Metal Graphite (MG), Silver Graphite (SG), Electro Graphite (EG), Natural Graphite (NG), Resin Bonded (RB) and Size which are used in electrical D.C Motors, Slip Rings Motors Power Generators, welding Generators etc.

| Carbon Brush Holders |
| The Brush Holder is very important to the life and operating efficiency of the brush and also to the parent machine. The quality of the brush performance is always dependent on the design and ability of the Brush Holder which supports it against the commutator or slip ring.
Our research department, with it's experience of more then 30 years in the field, has developed best quality materials for manufacturing brush holders suitable for their particular applications. We use the highest grade materials in the production of Brush Holders, such as brass sheet extrusions, sand castings, brass investment castings etc. which are proven to show the best possible heat dissipation and much resistance to mechanical strain.
The Brush Holders can be supplied with surface treatment against corrosion, to enhance their performance and life span.

| Carbon Sealing Rings | | Carbon Seal face rings in various sizes and designs and with close dimensional tolerance for use as an integral part of mechanical seals in general utihty pumps and chemical pumps. Carbon Sealing Rings are used as the wear face of most mechanical seals for the sealing of fluids in all industries.
Carbon seal faces are compatible with a wide range of metallic & ceramic counter faces including silicon carbide and tungsten carbide.
The carbon material used are done different impregnation as per the requirement of each machine & liquid medias. Some of the commonly used impregnation are Resin impregnation. Metal impregnation etc.

| Our range of Carbon Brushes and Brush Holders caters to the requirements of textile mills and is manufactured using imported raw material, procured from Morganite (U.K.) & Ringdroff (West Germany) as per specific grades and sizes. To deliver or collect current from a rotating part of an electric machine, the brushes should maintain a close contact with rotating part, (that is commutator or slipring) in order to ensure effective operation without swift wearing.
