| Rubber Bellow Seals | | Type GCC 301 Series
(Rubber Bellow Seals are the most general purpose, low cost seals.) The mediums are all type P-28 or centrifugal pumps turbine pumps, agitators, mixers, refrigerators, compressors etc.
The rotary unit is of a simple design and consists of flexible elastomeric bellow. Lapped Mating lace. Single coiled spring driving band and disc. The seal has a large single coiled spring, which is non-clogging and self-cleaning and hence can be used for media of varying contaminations
The primary seal face is of high grade carbon. The bellows are made from neoprene vition. and nitrile rubbers. The stationary face is of ceramic, stellite or tungsten carbide depending on the service condition.
Applications :
- The mediums are all oil. water, general corrosive liquid
- For Auto-cooling pumps, centrifugal pumps, submersible pumps and industrial pumps.
Operation Limits :
- Temperature : From Cryogenics to 260° C

| Teflon Bellow Seals | 
 | Type GCC 401 Series
The Teflon Bellow Seals are unrivalled In their ability to withstand highly corrosive fluids such as acids, alkalis, strong oxidizing' reducing agents etc.
All seal components that come in contact with pumped fluid are chemically inert materials like PTFE. GFT and pure Ceramic The heart of the seal is the flexible PTFE Below made from virgin grade Teflon. Springs and other metal parts are In Haste alloy-C. Alloy-20 etc. The rotary face is of glass filled Teflon. The Stationary face is pure ceramic. These seals are always installed externally
Applications :
- The mediums are all type of strong acid, oxidant and other strong corrosive mediums.

| Unbalanced Seals | | Type GCC 201 Series
The GCC 201 Series Seals are designed to handle liquids of varying contaminations including sluries, sludges, sewage, viscous or abrasive media etc. as these seals are self cleaning and non-clogging. These seals have a simple, compact design and are easy to install with practically no maintenance.
The GCC 201 Series are unbalanced type seals. The rotary unit utilises a standard seal face with a single spring and secondary seal ring. This single spring is stronger and sturdier then multi-spring construction.
Secondary Seal Rings are available in various forms such as 'O" Rings, 'V Rings, Square Rings. Wedge and in various elastomers such as viton. neoprene. silicon, Bunna-N. EPX Teflon, GFT, Grafoil. etc. The mating faces can be of high grade carbon, stellite, tungsten carbide, ceramic, etc. depending on the service conditions.
Applications:
The mediums are ail types of water, waste water, for submersible and chemical pumps and equipment. To suit mediums such as oil. water and weak corrosive liquid.

| Balanced Seals | 
 | Type GCC 201 Series
The GCC 201 - B series are balanced type seals designed to handle higher pressure applications with the same versatility and reliability as GCC 201 type. To accommodate the series, a step must be provided on the shaft sleeve to permit a design technique of balancing off some of the hydraulic forces which tend to overload the seal faces.
Applications:
The mediums are oil. water and general corrosive fluid. Internally mounted, single face, single spring, balanced structure and driven by closed coil each end. Conform to the standard of JB/T 1472-94

 | Type GCC 101/ GCC 101 Serie Type GCC 101-B Series The GCC 101 Series Seals are designed to handle clear liquids under normal PV conditions. The seals have a simple, compact design, are easy to install and practically need no maintenance. The seals incorporate robust construction for maximum durability and operational reliability. The GCC 101 Series are unbalanced seals. The rotary unit is of compact design, consisting of multiple springs, dynamic secondary seal ring and a seal face, all accommodated in a retainer. Some of the related information about these is mentioned below: Type GCC 101 / GCC 101 Series Unbalanced Double Mechanical Seals The Double Mechanical Seals offered by us are suitable where absolute leak-proof sealing is necessary due to the toxic / hazardous / volatile nature of the fluid. These are combination of two conventional seals installed back to back inside the stuffing box. A compatible clean liquid is circulated between the two seals at a higher pressure then the pumpage product. The inner seal prevents the circulated liquid to enter the system and the other seal prevents it from leaking into the atmosphere. The circulation of the liquid reduces the heat generated on the seal faces. These seals are available in different combinations, suiting the service conditions.
